Greymouth Seaside TOP 10 started with Doug and Rhonda Levien, who visited the area from their holiday park in Hihi and saw the potential of the site. After getting the park established, they handed the reins to the next generation, their son Matt.
Today, Matt and Steph Levien, run the park and have raised their five children on-site, with son Alex and his partner Sam taking on the role of managers. Just as it was 40 years ago, it’s still very much a hands-on, family operation, with a team that care deeply about the park, and the guests.
