Payment Policy / Confirmation of Booking
  • A deposit equal to one night’s accommodation is required to confirm all bookings.
  • This deposit will be processed using the Visa/Mastercard details provided at the time of booking. Please note a 2% credit card fee applies.
  • A deposit confirmation email will be sent once payment has been processed.
  • Payment may also be made via Internet Banking (not available for online bookings).
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation (We love you) Policy:

  • We love: The fact that you have chosen us to stay with while in Greymouth.
  • We love: The fact that you booked ahead making it much easier for us to manage our
    room/sites.
  • We love: The fact that you are happy to let us know in advance if you are not coming so that we can on-sell your room/site.

For all these reasons we will not charge you if you cancel your reservation, however if you do not arrive or don't cancel before 2pm on the day of arrival and don't let us know we will charge you the cost of the first nights stay. This is our "non-arrival" policy. (This policy is only valid for bookings made direct with us and does not cover group or agent bookings)

Child Policy
  • Children under 2 years old stay free.
  • Powered and non‑powered sites have a children’s rate for ages 2–14 years.
  • All roofed accommodation uses an extra person rate for anyone 2 years and older.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in any buildings or roofed accommodation. Dogs are permitted only by prior arrangement and will be booked onto designated powered sites. We do not allow dogs during public holidays, long weekends, or during the summer period of 20 December – 15 January. Dogs must be walked only on the beach or the trail, not around the park or near/in facilities. Owners must clean up after their dog/s.
