Set on a slight rise overlooking the park, we have eleven studio motel units in Greymouth TOP 10 Holiday Park, nine with double beds and two configured as twins. These twin units are a popular choice for friends travelling together, whether they’re passing through or staying a few nights.

With its open-plan layout, everything is within easy reach, which suits shorter stays or those who plan to be out and about during the day. It’s a cosy place to come back and put your feet up after a long day.

The unit includes a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster for simple meals, along with a small dining space. There’s also a private bathroom, a TV with select Freeview channels, and free WiFi available throughout.

Linen, towels, hairdryer, and ironing facilities are provided, with guest laundry available on site. Parking is located close to the unit, and guests also have access to a shared outdoor seating and BBQ area.
