Terms and Conditions

All rates are GST (15%) inclusive and are in New Zealand dollars ($NZD). 

Deposits and Payments 

Reservations are confirmed only on receipt of a deposit.
A deposit of one night's accommodation is required to confirm all reservation. We can take payment form visa/mastercard details with expiry date.
Payment can also be made through Internet Banking: Account Holder Name: Greymouth Seaside Holiday Park Ltd. BNZ: 020844 0054850 00. Please put your name in the "Particulars" and the date of stay in the "Reference". (Not available for on-line bookings)

Cancellations

Cancellation (We love you)Policy:
We love:  The fact that you have chosen us to stay with while in Greymouth.
We love:  The fact that you booked ahead making it much easier for us to manage our room/sites.
We love:  The fact that you are happy to let us know in advance if you are not coming so that we can on-sell your room/site.
For all these reasons we will not charge you if you cancel your reservation, however if you do not arrive or don't cancel before 2pm on the day of arrival and don't let us know we will charge you the cost of the first nights stay.  This is our "non-arrival" policy. (This policy is only valid for bookings made direct with us and does not cover group or agent bookings)

Child Ages

Child ages are 1 to 14 years inclusive - where child rates are offered. Children under 1 year old stay free.

Check-in and Check-out times

Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be possible with prior arrangement. Please note, unarranged late check outs may result in an extra nights tarrif being charged.

Late Check-in

If you are arriving later than 7pm, we ask that you contact our reception staff during office hours to make alternative check-in arrangements. You may call on 0800 867 104 or email info@top10greymouth.co.nz  

Reception hours

Reception is open from 8.30am to 8pm summer and 7pm winter 

Minimum stay periods/tariffs

Minimum stay periods may apply to weekends, public holidays and other special events. Management reserves the right to alter tariffs without notice. Tariffs may change  depending on availability.

 Behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse a reservation at any time from any person if we reasonably believe the person:

• may cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests 

• may exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour

• is younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age 

We have a zero tolerance policy for illegal activity, if we suspect or have proof illegal activity has occurred during your stay you will be required to vacate the premises and potentially blacklisted from future stays.
